Shipping Information

Where we can ship:

At this time, we can only calculate online shipment to the contiguous 48 states. If you are a customer in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada, please phone us with your order.  If you are an overseas customer, please call us at 1-800-634-5557 during our regular business hours and we will work with you to find the most economical way to get our merchandise to you.

(Troubleshooting: Please enter a 5-digit zip into our system when requesting a shipping quote or when checking out. Zip+4 is not supported by this software.)

How shipping charges are calculated:

If you are placing an online order for delivery in the contiguous 48 states, we will bill you for shipping during the checkout process. Note that you can get a shipping quote from the Shipping and Tax tool on the main Shopping Cart page even before you begin the checkout process.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order (allowing for packaging) and the destination zip code.  Zones are determined from the point of shipment (Conway MA 01341). Our carriers require additional charges for items exceeding certain size limits and so larger items will be billed at a higher rate.

How your purchases will arrive:

OESCO uses UPS Ground service to deliver most parcels. If supplied with a P.O. Box number as a shipping address, we will send your merchandise by USPS Priority Mail.  

We also offer expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air) but in those cases, it is best to call us with your order. That way, we can check stock and make sure that your order can ship that day. We can also provide a shipping cost estimate to you, if you need one.

When your purchases will arrive:

We make every attempt to ship in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. UPS Ground service guarantees delivery to all addresses in the contiguous 48 states within five business days (some addresses in Idaho and Oregon require an additional day).  

Should we be out of stock on any items, we will contact you by email or by phone to determine how we should handle your order. 

Oversized items:

Our carriers require additional charges for items exceeding certain size limits and so larger items will be billed at a higher rate. Additional charges will be added to the shipping cost during the checkout process.

You will note that our online catalog includes a number of large items that cannot ship via UPS or USPS. We have included these items in the store so that we can better provide information regarding our products. Oversized items not eligible for UPS or USPS shipments will be either delivered by OESCO or by truck freight.  Please inquire about charges at the time of order. Also, note that you are always welcome to pick up your order -- large or small -- at our shop in Conway, MA.
