Blades are 1055 carbon steel with tough spring temper and a black, baked on rust-proof finish. The handles are a highly-textured polypropylene, contoured for a comfortable, secure grip. Complete with a sturdy Cor-Ex sheath, taped and riveted at stress points. These machetes are a solid value, ready for long, hard work.
